Interview

  • What are your greatest personal traits?
    ......
    This a trick question?!
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I like to treat people as if they are somehow better than me.
We all have a purpose or reason to be here and we all get to choose how we live our lives.
I don’t value myself above or below others but I would aim to help people see their true potential as a human being.
We are so lucky as a species to have evolved into what we are.

I give money to the homeless when I can and I’ll spend time with them too. Chatting about my trauma and hopefully inspiring them. I was like them and could be again- this is why I think it’s important that we, as humans, step aside and see we are all the same mould, just some of us have additional sparkly bits.

I just want everyone to be treated equally and fairly and that’s all. Don’t strive for your own dreams to become true if it means overlooking someone else.
Personal satisfaction is really not a cause of happiness. Understanding and equal opportunities are.
  • What is your ‘niche’?
    I am a normal guy.
    That’s it.
I’m unique and an individual but I don’t push these qualities in your face.
I’m more “just a face in the crowd”

It’s sad, but really there are no unique attributes to my being.
I’m just me and that is sometimes the only thing I need in life.
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
Travel is great but I’m not much of a tourist.
If I could choose a holiday. Florida for the Theme parks.
Sightseeing is not something I have an attention span for.
So I can stay home and just be as happy chilling alone in my room.
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I adapt and treat everyone the same usually.
I am quite upfront and honest.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
    I’m a collector and geek.
I have a shrine to Wonder Woman.
Trust me- this list could go on for far too long.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
Being homeless. The whole process actually, it’s a story of Love, bullying and betrayal.
Growing up with no dreams or clear direction in life, not knowing I had Aspergers. This alone was such a relief to learn about but the traits were always there- however I learnt to hide them, adapt to use them and come across pretty Normal- I think so anyway.
So much happened when I was living/sleeping rough that it’s so unbelievable to think it all happened in a space of 6 months. The build up to it was something that went on for over 2 years.
I took on an entire corporation by myself.
    Was subject to rape.
    Bullied.
    Beaten by a partner.
Diagnosed positive too in that time.
I managed to keep it all together And in one year I did not stop to think about the impact it all had on my life. For nearly a year I did not shed a single tear.
There’s no going back and dwelling on the past, just need to find the strength to keep pushing forward.
  • What would you like your followers to know about you that is unique and even a bit personal?
I slept rough for seven months and it completely changed me for the better. I gave up a lot of what I did, like maintaining an sculpted body in favour of helping those less fortunate. I don’t pretend to be special when I am not. I am the same as everyone else. I am able to see beyond the physical and into someone’s soul.
  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
This wouldn’t happen as I don’t drink wine. Cherry Coke maybe...
But I talk a lot, one afternoon on a beach with me, Well you’d know more than you ever wanted to know.
  • What should others absolutely know about you?
That it’s genuinely as big as people say it is.
  • If you have to pick one thing that everyone else should absolutely know about you, what would it be?
I am stronger now than I ever thought possible. I had a bad year in 2017 and found myself homeless for a huge chunk of the year. I had no help from anyone and yet I managed to claw my way back to normality. I had to adjust to a new way of thinking and acting just to get heard. Everyday was a struggle and I really was at rock bottom. Yet I overcome it all.
It changed me as a person. I now help the homeless as much as possible. It really could happen to anyone and you never truly can appreciate life until you are at the bottom of the food chain and still surviving the odds.
  • What do you do for fun?
Well this is far too obvious to answer.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
Well apart from the obvious... my nine inch rocket.
I’m like Fozzy Bear from the muppets. I enjoy telling crap jokes, even if no one laughs, I at least have a personality.
I’m unique, and I’m average. I don’t try pretend to be something that I am not- I know who I am and why I am and that’s what makes me stand out.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I have Italian in my blood, my grandparents were the definition of feeders. You could weigh as much as a full grown Elephant and they would think there was nothing of you. I, however, was always the black sheep of the family. Been a vegatarian for as long as I remember.
I always try and walk everywhere I can.
Have given up the gym as I don’t think physical perfection is everything. There are other attributes that are just a desirable.
